Tickets can be purchased online. For enquiries please telephone 01672 892566 or email mccstickets@marlboroughcollege.org. Doors open at 6.45pm for concerts beginning at 7.30pm and 2.15pm for concerts starting at 3pm. Please bring email notification for purchases made online to exchange for a ticket. Please note that we do not send out tickets any longer via the post. Tickets are available for collection on the day of the concert. If available, tickets can be purchased by card on the door. Please note that we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available on the day of the concert.
MCCS will not normally give refunds, although this may be possible if MCCS is given advance notification of non-attendance. Please contact the Box Office 01672 892566 or mccstickets@marlboroughcollege.org. Refunds cannot be given for tickets returned less than a week before the day of the concert.
Free parking is available in the nearby Water Meadows car park and is located about 100 yards beyond the Memorial Hall.
We aim to make every customer’s visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Please advise us of your needs at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to help. Disabled parking places are available, as well as toilets for the disabled and lift access to the auditorium.
Where do you store my card details?
We don’t! It’s all done independently by a service called Stripe. They’ve been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry.
